Aveshoe.com ships worldwide to nearly every country across the global, we employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination fast and securely. .Most of our Shoes are customize, and ship from China, USA,UK and more.
After you place the order successfully, we will send you a confirmation email. You have 24 hours to cancel the order, After 24 hours we will start processing your order and ship it out as soon as possible if they are in stock.
If you have any request for you order, please contact us in this sort of time frame, we will try our best to assist you.
Secondly if the shoe is not instock, it will take us 3-10 days to process.
Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time some time.
A: We will prepare your order after it have verified. Such as: strict quality control, arrange the suitable carriers.
B: Processing time need about 3-10 business days, unless items with special consideration. If any issue, you can submit a ticket to our support center.

Note: Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Though it is out of our control, but we will try our best to improve it.

We are a small startup and we don't have a warehouse full of ready-made shoes which means if you order a USA size 9 ( EURO Size 40) and realize you actually need a size 10, we'll need to make it for you, just like the last one! Please do keep this in mind. For items in stock, they will be shipped out within 1-5 days. If your event is very urgent, please contact our Customer Service to confirm if the dress you want is in stock. We offer free shipping to all the countries
• Non Defective Returns:
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL
• All unworn clothing,shoe can be exchanged for full Store credit of the merchandise within 3 days of receive. The following guidelines must be met for consideration of return.Also we need a photo of the product.
• Must contact our offices within 3 Days from date of receiving any merchandise.. We do not accept exchanges after 4 days. No exceptions unless authorized before purchase.
• Must have a valid Return Tracking Number.
• All returns must be post marked within 4 business days from the issue date of the Return
• Shoe must not be altered or tampered with in attempts to modify.
•The item must be in its original condition.
• Return postage is not paid by us AVESHOE.
Please allow 7-14 business days from the return ship date for your return to be processed and credited. Returns for a refund can only be made to the original form of payment. Due to varying bank policies, please allow 1-3billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Packages should be mailed to the address provided by us AVESHOE. email@example.com
